Vehicle Requirements
At Quick Black Car, we strive to provide the very best in luxury ground transportation for clients all across New York City and beyond! Considering this, we have a certain level of quality that we must adhere to and all vehicles in our fleet must meet a certain standard of approval.

  • All vehicles must be model year 2018 or newer.
  • All vehicles must be in 100% working order, without any broken components, engine issues or unwanted performance concerns.
  • No cosmetic issues – dents, scratches, cracks or other types of surface blemishes.
  • Clean, luxurious interior seating – no ripped seats, dirty carpets and other abrasions.
  • 100% Smoke-Free Vehicle Environment

At Quick Black Car, all vehicles must have the following documents as well:
– Valid NYS Insurance Certificate – Insurance Card
– $100,000/person + $300,000/incident Liability Insurance
– Valid NYS Inspection Report + Sticker
– Valid TLC Plates w/ Vehicle Photos

As one of the city’s premiere luxury black car taxi and limousine companies, drivers at Quick Black Car are some of the most well respected and in-demand TLC operators in NYC. If you are looking to become an eligible driver for the team at Quick Black Car, you must have the following at minimum:
– NYS Class E Drivers License
– TLC-For-Hire Vehicle Driver License
– Chauffeur Profile Picture
– Headshots & Full Body Images in Professional Driver Attire (to be described, if needed)
